Finally, I've reached the flatter, upper part of Ivanpah Road, still with blurry shadows due to the eclipse

I'm exhausted, but I can pedal a bit more now with the lower sun and slightly cooler air. Some phony positive-packaging folks would call this moment a renaissance; I call it running on empty with stamina.
